Unlike someone else's confusing poll, where you don't know if voting a "1" or a "10" means good or bad, here is "coherent" poll.

Question Sad How would you rate the first night at the DNC ?

It started off really rocky, but ended on a high note.

I teared up during Michelle Obama's speech. It was that good. If she wasn't in the lineup I woulda voted not ok.

I like the hopeful and forward message the DNC had. Something that can't be found last week at the RNC, which was really ugly.

If it wasn't for those damn protesters, great.

Ship to a private island where Donald Trump is king.

Great Speeches, but way too many socialists.

It started off pretty badly, with hecklers dominating the news, but the later speeches were very strong, and made it a decent night on balance.

Defiantly not the train wreck the first night of the RNC was.

The heckling did get a bit out of hand at the start, but once the later speeches came around, it was much better, and balanced it out.

The end of Day 1 is probably going to be thing that doesn't make the DNC a disaster.
