I was just on Wikipedia, and I saw these two maps of the ballot access for the Libertarians and Greens (they're svg files, so I can't embed the pictures):

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_2016#/media/File:Libertarian_Party_ballot_access_(2016).svg

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_2016#/media/File:Green_Party_ballot_access_(2016).svg

Are these accurate? Are Gary Johnson and Jill Stein really not going to be on the ballot in Pennsylvania? Does North Carolina have Johnson but not Stein? Because even if they would otherwise get just 0.5% or 1.0%, that might have an impact.

I know petitions aren't due in PA until 8/1 and that the amount of signers was reduced to 5,000

Libertarians are currently on 36, Greens are on 23. Libertarians are expected to make all 50, Greens 47 at best.

Edit: Jill Stein will not be on the ballot in NC or OK, the deadline has already passed.

You can actually post the pictures. Just drag the .svg into a new tab and it becomes a png (for me at least).

Ballot Access isn't final until September for some states - the libertarian party still intends to make it on all 50. The green party won't, but they'll get access in a few more states over the next weeks.

Does anyone else think that the Bernie or Bust folks might try to get him on the ballot in some states? Ron Paunwas on the ballot in MT and LA in 2008 as well as being a recognized write-in CA.

What about the Constitution Party?  Do we think they can get on the ballot in states worth 270 votes?

Probably not, but they have a chance at it.

I think the CP can win an even bigger chunk out west. The Gary Johnson numbers quoted out in Utah for instance, but Utah is more CP territory than LP.
