My dad (who is an immigrant) is kind of all over the place with his views. What would you categorize him as?

His views:


- Strong supporter of the death penalty and three strikes laws
- Tax the rich more. They can afford it
- Against the Iraq War from the start and any foreign entanglements (especially in the Middle East)
- Move to a single-payer health insurance system
- Abortion should be 100% legal
- Full rights and protections for gay and trans people
- Drugs shouldn't be legalized or decriminalized but marijuana is fine for medical reasons
- Leave Iran alone (he still hates Iran though)
- Increase welfare for poor people. It doesn't go far enough. Yet we should increase oversight to catch those abusing the system
- Free/cheaper college for students
- Decrease immigration and deport illegal immigrants
- Raise the minimum wage

He sounds like a Webb supporter originally.

Either a paleoconservative/Trump Republican or a paleoconservative/paleoliberal Democrat supportive of both John Bel Edwards and Bernie Sanders.

I expect he's supporting Trump in the general and Ron Unz in your Senate primary?

He likes how anti-PC Trump is but he thinks he's a maniac. He voted for Hillary in the primary.
