Copied format from RR1997, TSA, tallguy23:

Social Policy:

Abortion: pro-choice during first trimester.

Gay Marriage: protect the right thereto, make benefits equal to any other marriage.

Drugs: legalize ALL drugs, regulate the dangerous ones, tax purchases; now - arrest all people who are guilty of smoking marijuana for recreation in marijuana-friendly states, have it appealed for the law being on unconstitutional grounds, release all the people.

Stem Cell Research: strongly support, have federally funded.

Death Penalty: support in cases of homicide, attempted homicide, money laundering, "cronyism".

Gun control: only permit sale of firearms not to be classed as "assault weapons", strictly regulate purchases thereof (do not allow for mentally unstable or those who have committed a weapon-related crime)

Affirmative Action: strongly oppose - merit must trump race.

Immigration: deport those who entered illegally, splitting families if necessary; allow easier access to work visas; overstaying work visas blatantly should result in elimination of the chance to become nationalized.

Economic Issues:

Minimum Wage: make the minimum wage a living wage, adjust for inflation annually; do not allow exceptions for "tipped" labor, hopefully ending the custom of obligated tipping. Set premiums on the federal minimum wage for occupations that deserve it (i.e. teachers, police, firefighters, medical professions, etc.).

Regulation: regulate everything.

Welfare: should only be available to those actively looking for jobs (proof every month); welfare recipients must participate in 14 hours of community service weekly.

Right-to-Work: strongly support, but non-obligation to be part of a union to work and having contracts negotiated on an individual basis would be better. As an alternative, crush the unions!

Taxation: see Bernie Sanders's tax plan,  increase the top 4 brackets by 2% each, decrease the bottom 4 brackets by 3% each, and  increase the capital gains tax for all persons by 5% on top of Bernie's proposal.

Healthcare: BernieCare + the public option.

Social Security: return portions of past payments of SS tax (not already repaid in benefits) to employees, end the program.

Trade: end all free trade deals, increase tariffs on imports.

Education: increase funding for schools on a proportional par with Massachusetts, while setting a teachers' minimum wage at 30% more than the federal minimum wage. The idea behind Common Core is good, but CC itself is not up to par. Provide a more rigorous alternative to Common Core, and have it in place nationwide.

Balanced Budget Amendment: totally possible - start with 70% military spending cut.

Tort reform: idea is good. I suggest capping the amount of court costs one can incur to 30% of the liability in question or $500 - whichever is greater - with the remainder to be financed by an increase to the luxury tax.

Foreign Policy and National Security

Non-intervention. Get out of NATO. Get out of the UN. Dissolve the NSA. Repeal the Patriot Act. Bring all troops back home.

Other

Climate Change: Climate change is real. We must do our best to avert.
Evolution: Evolution is fact. It must be taught in schools. Creationism must not be taught in schools, and it must not be mentioned by teachers in scientific context.
Green Energy: Invest in nuclear energy, specifically thorium. Put lots of funding into developing nuclear power plants that will run on thorium, while defunding those that run on uranium. Do not fund wind energy.

Populist nationalist or paleoconservative with left-libertarian leanings.

And I'm a libertarian that doesn't hate the govt, but both of those are a thousand times more normal than a liberal that wants the state to murder people for laundering money and "cronyism".  Isn't it?
