1. Leave it as it is

2. Allocate EVs by congressional districts

3. Allocate EVs proportionally to the number of votes won by each candidate

4. Screw the electoral college, introduce direct vote

I've always liked the idea of number three for some reason.

Option 4, I would favor the change to our current delegate/convention system of primaries we have now as well.

I'd prefer Option 4, but I wouldn't mind Option 3.

Well, that would be the best option.

Keep as it is.  Maybe have Maine and Nebraska return to winner take all.

Leave it as it is. Current law is that states get to choose their own electors any way they want to. None of them have the guts to tie the allocation of their delegates to the national popular vote, so why should we do it for them?

Of the ones listed, option 4 is the best but I would support 3 as an acceptable compromise. My ideal solution would be replacing the presidency with a parliamentary system elected through proportional representation.

My preferences

1. National IRV vote.
2. National top-two runoff vote.
3. Abolish the Presidency.
4. National direct vote (option 4 on your poll--the one I voted for)
5. Proportional EVs (option 3 on your poll)
...
6. Tie it to CDs (option 2 on your poll--really, if you're going to reform the system, why this?)
7. Leave it as is (option 1 on your poll--the one that would help maintain the two-party stranglehold on the Presidency)

Also, I'd decrease the power of the Presidency and give more control to a proportionally-elected (either STV, MMP, or, preferably, a mix of both) Congress, where the voice of smaller parties can be heard and the larger parties will be forced to actually do what is in the best interests of the voters, instead of themselves, as there would now be viable alternatives.

Option 4 (pro-democracy). In order of preference:

[1] Option 4 (see above)
[2] Option 3 (not a bad compromise, more accurately reflects the popular will)
[3] Option 1 (works out okay most of the time)
[4] Option 2 (terrible, terrible idea)

Option 1. As someone who tends to be conservative on constitutional matters, I don't see a total complete need for the EC to reflect the will of the electorate as a whole. This push to distort the EC speaks to the fetish some have for reforms that change the structure of fundamental aspects of how elections in this country work, for well-intentioned but ultimately wrong reasons. As someone who opposes Senate reform, I stand in opposition to reform in the EC as well.
(I do back increasing the size of the House, though)
