This is all over Trumpspace right now, apparently a new video with a new angle shows that Corey just slid by her.

Looks legit, not sure if this is the exact incident she was talking about but the one video that's everywhere shows him "reaching towards her" and then being blocked by a camera as he pulled her to the ground in the worst incident since the death of her father, but this one shows that he was moving his arm to slide sideways in front of her.

From the video, you can tell that her whole body (watch her head) goes down slightly, so maybe he grabs her arm and forces it down.
He may have grabbed her arm with such a tight force, that it caused the bruising (which there are images of).

The other thing is why is the video cut-off so quickly ?
Was there more to the video ? Something (even small) that the trump supporters are hiding ?

Of course, it's nothing but a blatant attempt to bring down Trump, so it's not surprising that both the media and his rivals would uncritically embrace the story. If that's considered "assault", there's probably a dozen American reporters being murdered every day.

While both your comments are probably true, there is an argument here that transcends whether the reporter or Trump's campaign manager are totally or partially correct. And that argument is the sad fact that every time there is an issue at Trump's campaign (whether they are to blame or whether it's an outside provocation), there is a tendency to close ranks, deny everything and go on the attack. That is not what true leadership or true determination is about, that is what bullying and insecurity is about (and I say this with an open mind as to who is telling the truth here).

Instead of doing all this, Trump's campaign should have issued an apology to the reporter (not because they would necessarily admit to the accusation, but because she obviously got pushed, and she is a human being). They should have petitioned Breitbart to hire back the reporter and show how confident and gracious they are.

But obviously if they were doing all that, we wouldn't be having this conversation as Trump would already have won a majority of delegates!

That is true. I don't really know who grabbed this woman, but the way he handled the whole thing was sh**tty and once again, continues to illuminate his highly unconventional and often offensive campaign that is breeding an atmosphere of hate, violence and distrust.

Unrelated, but - I don't think a lot of people understand the effect Trump has when he scapegoats people for America's problem, then riles up his crowd and even encourages this toxic behavior in various ways. He has a lot of power to shape the tone of this rallies and he instead chooses to cultivate this hostility. It's not like minorities / other people are protesting Trump just because he's Trump. It's his rhetoric, his policy proposals, his unwillingness to tell his supporters to be respectful and other things.

I just wish Trump supporters would at least acknowledge this. It's one thing to support his vision for America in general, but another to ignore or even flat out deny the very real problems he is creating and his offensive behavior. That is really what bothers me - The refusal or inability to be at least objective and forthcoming about the bad aspects of his campaign.

Just because someone likes Trump doesn't also mean they have to back him up on everything he does, or ignore the offensive behavior/remarks that spew from him.

Get used to it, because we're going to see more and more Trump lies until we kick him back to fleecing investors on shady real estate deals.

It's tough, because we're used to politicians, even ones we don't like, holding themselves to a basic level of civil discourse. It's okay to spin and exaggerate, but making stuff up out of whole cloth like Trump does is generally not done. Neither are the open threats, stopping just short of legally actionable. Which he then lies about making.
