Of course the polls only close on Wednesday (North East and Mid-East) or Thursday, but I thought I'd give you the current results:
Guns:
Pacific 9 aye -7 nay
Midwest: 1 aye - 1 nay
Southeast: 7 aye - 1 abstain
Mideast: 4 aye - 3 nay
Northeast: 3 aye - 3 nay
Unless there's tiebreaking rules in the Midwest and Northeast, this would currently be going down by the smallest margin imaginable.

Gays:
Pacific 5 aye - 10 nay - 1 abstain
Midwest: 1 aye - 1 nay
Southeast: 5 aye - 2 nay - 1 abstain
Mideast: 2 aye - 5 nay
Northeast: 3 aye - 3 nay
This one looks almost certain to go down.

Montana-New Mexico looks set to pass, though.
I think the Midwest doesn't require a vote. In the Pacific it's passing by a margin of 11 aye - 5 nay.

The Pacific Constitutional Convention is passing 13 aye - 3 nay.

The votes are pretty close all around.  The only thing I can tell for sure right now is that the marriage amendment will fail in the Pacific and that both amendments will pass in the Southeast.

The numbers are presently:

Arms: (currently failing)
Pacific: 9 yea, 8 nay
Midwest: 2 yea, 2 nay
Southeast:  7 yea, 1 abstain (set to pass)
Mideast: 4 yea, 3 nay
Northeast: 3 yea, 5 nay

Marriage: (currently failing)
Pacific: 5 yea, 11 nay, 1 abstain (set to fail)
Midwest: 3 yea, 1 nay
Southeast:  5 yea, 2 nay, 1 abstain (set to pass, there just aren't very many people in the SE)
Mideast: 2 yea, 5 nay
Northeast: 4 yea, 4 nay

There are tie-breaking procedures for the Governor’s race, but nothing for this.  I do hope someone else votes so that I don’t have to deal with it.

Montana-New Mexico looks set to pass, though.

Even though the Midwest doesn’t say it needs a vote, I’m going to put it on the June ballot.  Don’t worry; I know plenty of people who are going to vote yea, it will pass.

Damn it all, I've been trying to move to the Pacific for a year, and I don't need a last-minute snag, Lewis! Angry Wink

My position on the issue has always been the same:
"I'd be glad to have you, but I'm not willing to surrender Montana. The Midwest can have Utah." I'm not going to change it. Smiley

I suggested Utah, but nobody wanted to go for it.

This is what it would look like with Utah:

This is what it will look like with Montana:

In the Utah map the Pacific has a weird Phone-like shape, but the Montana map looks, imo, even better than the original map.

I don't care about the shape. I just got a thing about Montana.

Yep, you're right. That map looks much better with Montana in the Midwest.

I think the regions' shapes can take a little weirdness. Not only should New Mexico be exchanged for Utah, but South Dakota should also be exchanged for Nevada. Tongue

The constitutional amendment is probably going to fail.

But I have a backup plan -if I can get the votes.

If I counted correctly, these are the current standings:
Guns:
Pacific 9 aye - 8 nay
Midwest: 3 aye - 2 nay
Southeast: 7 aye - 1 abstain
Mideast: 6 aye - 4 nay
Northeast: 4 aye - 9 nay, or 3 aye - 10 nay if King is allowed to change his vote
This would currently pass by the narrowest of margins. The Aloha Aristophagus refuses to call the race.

Gays:
Pacific 5 aye - 11 nay - 1 abstain
Midwest: 3 aye - 1 nay - 1 abstain
Southeast: 5 aye - 2 nay - 1 abstain
Mideast: 3 aye - 7 nay
Northeast: 6 aye - 7 nay
The Aloha Aristophagus is ready to call the race for the nay side.
Modified to include Blerpiez' vote.
