If he endorses anyone tomorrow, I could see him endorsing either Jeb! or Kasich. Endorsing Trump would be a major reversal of what I heard him say at a town hall just on Sunday: "He doesn't know how to govern. How are you gonna implement all of these ideas" etc.

He was a big donor and a big organizer for George W. Bush's campaign in 2000, so there's that.
