If we privatize schools, then schools will become businesses; what do businesses want? Money. How do they get that money? Through deals and improving their product; I think privatizing schools could possibly be the best thing for this educational system.

I'm deeply skeptical about privatizing schools and making them for-profit, but regardless, I think that's big enough proposal that it merits its own legislation.

We've got a free cash flow of 84 billion; and 36 billion tied up in the emergency disaster fund. We're really not at that much of a risk-we've still got a surplus as well
