Maybe he can...All he needs to do is grow a clone of himself, then when he's talking to the other Trump, he won't be considered ga-ga for talking to himself...but why is this thread up in the first place, and why do some consider Trump as the winner already?  Not a vote has been cast yet!...of course everyone remembers President Thomas Dewey!

Thomas Dewey is more like Jeb Bush.

Of the Republicans who are running/have ran this season, the only ones who Trump hasn't butted heads with would be Ted Cruz, Scott Walker, Mike Huckabee, and Jim Gilmore. Any of those are a possibility, although I'm not sure how much Walker and Gilmore would add to the ticket due to their poor poll numbers and debate performances. As Max said, Trump/LePage would be an interesting ticket. Just as John McCain considered Joe Lieberman in 2008, maybe Trump will choose a Democrat like Joe Manchin, who has populist appeal to white working-class voters, is popular among Republicans, and who also opposes Iraq and TPP. Trump/Manchin would be a winning ticket.
