Not even after his good performance in the last debate?

If there is a new Fox poll then Christie needs 3%, I think that is doable for him as he did get good marks for the debate and has done well in other post-debate polls. Paul and Huck only need 2% (assuming IBD/TIPP isn't used in average) and so they should be able to pull it off, but I will go out on a limb and say Huck doesn't make it.

However, after all the potential drama, there is a good chance that the FBN lineup will be exactly the same as the CNBC lineup (and the same as CNN and FOX debates except Fiorina in and Walker gone).

I'd be surprised if Fox doesn't have their own poll coming out, so I think they both get back in. But if Fox doesn't, then they probably wont make the cut.

Christie, Huckabee, and Paul will all be downgraded to the undercard debate, while Lindsey Graham will move into the main debate.

It's incredibly improbable that Graham will hit a 2.5% average.
