The polling criteria has to be 2.5% in four of the most recent polls that are conducted via live telephone interviews. The CBS/Times poll I am assuming will be including in that and Graham got 2% just half a percentage point from reaching that criteria. Christie and Kasich on the other hand are in danger of not even making it to the main debate.

Kasich, Christie, and Graham will all be on the main debate stage; Rand Paul will have suspended his campaign by November 10, creating a spot for Graham.

He's also at zero in the IBD/TIPP poll, so I don't see it happening.

Is IBD/TIPP being counted towards the debate?
