Look, Trump's dad was a Klansman, Bush's grandpappy was a Nazi. Who gives a hoot? Neither Trump's successful businessman father nor Bush's Hitler-loving racist traitor grandfather are running for president.
You are a liar, and I don't ordinarily call other posters that. Your trolling has gotten out of hand. One individual accused Prescott Bush of being a nazi sympathizer, the anti-defamation league said it was false. Your attempts to smear people are based on lies, stop being a liar!
Oh the irony of
you saying that.
In any case, Lief's basic point makes sense; dead parents or grandparents shouldn't affect the reputation of people running for president, unless said dead ancestors have a very clear influence on them (like if someone had a Confederate ancestor and very clearly sympathizes with Confederacy and its goals).
But I think we should just stop trying to smear family members of modern politicians, especially if said family members are not clear public figures separate from their family (like Bill Clinton, he's a public figure separate from his wife, so it's fair to use him in a point criticizing Hillary, while it's not okay to criticize Tonette Walker or Melania Trump).
