I am interested if anyone has made studies of partisan trends over the past 20 years in portions of Appalachia by county.  Specifically, the regions would include:
- extreme southwestern Pennsylvania,
- southeastern Ohio,
- all of West Virginia,
- western Virginia, and
- eastern Kentucky.

The study could include votes at the Presidential, Congressional (Senate and House), Governorship, and state legislative levels.
