I apologize if there's one of these already.

Bernie Sanders is going to have trouble getting on the primary state in many states because he's a registered independent and not a Democrat.

There have already been some news stories about how he has to get approval from the (very corporatist) state committee in New York.

We remember from Colbert's run in 2008 that he will also have to get approval from the SC state committee (This is probably the most important for him).

Does anybody know which states in particular are going to make it hard/impossible for Sanders? I imagine most of them are in the South.

NH is going to be a pain in the ass for him as well:

I think Gardner is a dick here:

Sanders is listed as a member of the US Senate Democratic caucus:

http://democrats.senate.gov/members

That is the equivalent of someone from TX serving as a GOP governor there - despite TX not having party registration, no ?

Gardner shouldn't be such a dick here, unless he's a secret Hillary-enabler ... (?)

Also, Bernie Sanders has officially registered his Presidential candidacy with the FEC as a "Democrat".

If any state refuses to put him on the ballot for the Dem. primaries/caucus, isn't that illegal somehow ?

Vermont doesn't have party voter registration. Only total Clinton hacks who need to be booted out of office ASAP are going to be trying to block him. Bill Clinton wasn't a registered Democrat, either. Seriously, any election official bringing this up needs to be fired. They need to find more subtle ways to wage war on Sanders.

Agreed, doesn't mean they won't try.

Of course it's nothing new that the Clintons fight dirty. People need to be reminded that Hillary was quick to attack Obama because of Jeremiah Wright and her supporters started the birther movement.

Please show a credible source the Democratic National Committee or the Clinton Campaign are trying to block Bernie Sanders ballot access?

There's not a chance that the NH SOS isn't a Hillary supporter given how he's been trying to hurt the Sanders campaign with his talk about how he might not qualify for the ballot.
