Menendez is keeping his seat.
Menendez will not run for reelection because of his likely valid indictments.  I'll be surprised if he's even still in office in January 2018.

Menendez will not run for reelection because of his likely valid indictments.  I'll be surprised if he's even still in office in January 2018.


Those indictments are unlikely to result in a conviction, and it's 50/50 whether they even wind up at trial.
