This one was going to be D+1 no matter what the NRCC did.

I'm glad party infrastructure won't be wasting resources here.

Could the NRCC at least pretend to have a good opening move instead of already ceding a seat in 2016? Talk about piss poor strategy.

It's less about not wanting to defend the seat, and more about not wanting to defend the seat AND hating Blum's guts for some of his votes.
