Good evening, I would first like to thank those who voted for me and trusted me with this great office. This is a great opportunity in declining times. As I am sure you all know, the Midwest, and Atlasia as a whole is in trouble. After several contentious rebellions, a recent assassination attempt on Senator Cris, and a growing number of citizens deregistering. So what can we do? We need a revival of Atlasia, whether through a constitutional convention, or just more active members, we have to do something. I fully endorse a constitutional convention, and I hope it happens, but we must actively try to bring more members in. That is why as Governor I hope to bring about a new department in the Midwest, the External affairs and Recruitment office. What this would entail is to bring old players back into the fold, as well as recruit new players from across the forum. I will also work with the Alþing to make sure that revolutions by radicals do not happen again, and work to rebuild after the damages that have been done.
