Considering O'Malley and Webb generally draw their supporters from the same pool of voters as Clinton, Sanders will most likely be the only primary challenger able to win any states or manage to do well in any primaries. Which states can he win?

I think he has a great chance at VT and some of the other more liberal northeastern states. Possibly CO as well...

Vermont (home state) and Colorado (muh latte liberals).

His candidacy will be dead after Super Tuesday.

Definitely Vermont. He may be able to pull off an upset in NH (remember that in 2000, Bill Bradley was less than 5% off from beating Gore there). If he has any momentum going into Super Tuesday, he may be able to pick up Massachusetts in addition to VT.

Colorado might be a strong state for him. Maybe Washington and Maine as well. Hillary would have to really screw up for Bernie to win more than 3 or so states.

Vermont, Washington, Maine. Hillary will not sweep the primaries.

I anticipate Corporate News Media will continue to malign Bernie Sanders. They're his biggest obstacle. So, for those wanting to do a Hillary Clinton-vs.-Bernie Sanders primary map, with Hillary Clinton landing the Democratic presidential nomination, give her a minimum of 40 states and color select states from the northeast for Bernie Sanders.
