He would have literally done better in the Republican primaries this year (assuming he'd never switched parties), and that's saying a lot about how badly he'll do in the Democratic ones.

Switching parties almost always kills your aspirations for higher office, as neither side REALLY trusts you.

Maybe 1.5? I think he referenced having to change his pants in the original Chafee announcement thread.

Honestly though, Chafee could probably pull a whole percent in NH.
