Fluent English
Formerly fluent, now intermediate Mandarin  (can still speak, but am more or less completely illiterate due to lack of use)

Want to learn Czech and Hebrew.

I know English fluently and I'm a native speaker of Mandarin (I'm not 100% fluent, but I'm currently taking heritage Chinese courses to improve my skill). I also learned Spanish in high school, though I'm not particularly good at it...

The #1 language on my to-do list is Korean, followed by German. Russian is also interesting, but I've become less interested in the past few years. Japanese is interesting as it sounds good phonetically, but the writing system intimidates me (even for someone used to hanzi).
