Is there any place to get lists like this for any Congress before the 93rd?

http://memory.loc.gov/ammem/amlaw/lwsl.html

This gives an online location of the Statutes of Large for the first 42 congresses (up to 1873).

Thanks. I see the lists, but is there any way to get the actual text of the bill, who voted for it, etc.?

The text of each law is there, but it doesn’t give the votes on them.    Once you get the list entry of a law that looks interesting, just enter the page number given in the list into the box above and it will take you to the image of the page that law starts on.  As far as I know, no one has taken the images and turned them into searchable text that is available online.

there is a law in cornwall, england that states, basically, that if you blow up a stone bridge you'll be deported to Australia Smiley

I'm surprised people aren't going around blowing them up, myself...
