It seems that the Governor's totals don't match up with the results shown here.

This is disturbing, but only to a moderate degree of depth.

Thank you for posting this Flo. I've done the math over 3 times now and am the one who initially called the race this way; I have alerted the governor and CJO Ebowed as this is a very pressing concern that needs to be dealt with before the 21st.

Here's the pastebin from the last time I did it. I believe that Flo got xahar's vote wrong but still the same result.

The Governor is acting in accordance with the Constitution.

Even if Xahar's vote wasn't counted, Intell would win.

You're right, here's Xahar's ballot crudely translated.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, Flo.

(Although I must add I query your choice of venue- you are not the first person to ask me about this matter, although they opted to do so in private Wink)

EDIT: Indeed, I really must. I have responded to this in my thread.

Simfan screwed up the dates and Xahar posted at around 12 PM, not AM which would be within the correct timeframe.

Sorry: you didn't really. Time zones are confusing.

Indeed they are, but they also can be rather helpful when it comes to following constitutional provisions concerning things that must be done on certain days of the week... Cheesy

But let us all take a step back for a moment. This is a matter of calculation, and one that can be solved rather simply and fairly soon. We can either go with that and be done with this in a straightforward fashion, or we can all wave our hands and turn this into some sort of crisis, throwing around accusations, making all sorts insinuations, and engaging in recriminations. I would hope we all prefer the former.

Yeah, it is apparent that Intell won the election.
I call upon the Governor to finally certify the elections and clear up this mess.

This is what I don't understand. Ebowed has even certified that Intell beat Spamage and sent it to him. The governor can out this to rest so easily.

Yes he could. If no reaction from the Governor is heard until today midnight, 5 days after the election ended, I would propose petitioning the Liberal Court (we definetely need to change that name) to do something here...

We had to do something similar when the governor refused/forgot to open the 14th Council.

Yeah, okay. Well, then this really is an option here.
