2010 House Pickups: Net R+64 (from 257-178 D to 242-193 R)
2014 House Pickups: Net R+12 to Net R+15 (from 234-201 R to anywhere from 244-184 R to 247-181 R)

2010 Senate Pickups: Net R+6 (from 59-41 D to 53-47 D)
2014 Senate Pickups: Net R+8 or 9 (from 55-45 D to 53-47 R or 54-46 R)

2010 Gubernatorial Pickups: Net R+6 (From 23 Governorships to 29 Governorships)
2014 Gubernatorial Pickups: Net R+2 (From 30 Governorships to 32 Governorships)

2010 House Popular Vote: 51.7% R, 44.9% D
2014 House Popular Vote: 52.2% R, 44.7%

I'm going to say 2014, despite the fact that the pickups are less in the Governor's races and House races, but that mostly has to do with the fact that in 2010, the R's had nowhere to go but up, in 2014, the R's could only go up so far.

2014 managed to build on the seemingly impossible to build on 2010 in terms of Governorships and Congressional seats, and then won every toss-up Senate seat and put the Dems on the defense in some shocking areas.

2010. Without it, we would never have had the 2014 wave.

2010. The Blue Dogs were taken to the grave and the Democrats lost almost every swing district. 2010 was such a wave that loons like Buck, Angle, and Miller were all in tight senate races. Only 1 Republican incumbent lost re-election and that was in Hawaii.

Easily 2010. Also the house popular vote you cite is outdated:

new 2014 numbers: Rep 51.78% Dem 45.41%
