If SCOTUS says the 14th amendment doesn't apply to gay marriage, then there could be. That's somewhat unlikely though.

Probably not. What are your thoughts?
There will be some symbolic ones to remove certain state constitutional amendments, and I don't expect them all to succeed on the first try either.

I'm not entirely sure, but despite courts striking it down, possibly california and other states may physically still have the language within the state constitution - so there may be an initiative to remove that language even though it is no longer enforceable
