If our governmental specialists didn't forsee that, they shouldn't be called specialists.
Because it's a logical step for two big countries that don't want US to influence their policy.
Russia is not Iraq, it was obvious they were going to resist the attempts to push them into certain directions.
I just wonder, what their next step will be.
