No, there isn't a 280 pound man inside me.

Seriously though, kinda yeah.  I had a gap in employment once for little over a month, and I just became incredibly lazy.  That gap could and should have been far shorter than it was.

I sometimes procastinate on important matters. I also grew up on Bushie style food, and even though I now eat better and exercise regularly, I still have an overweight BMI at 5'8 and 180 lbs. And I also enjoy porn.

I've thought about this lately in that I haven't been looking for a new job as aggressively as I probably should. Granted the situation is different from Bushie as I have a job now and just want to move onto something new, but the motivation is probably the same in both cases.

Yes, but most people are self-aware enough to recognize these qualities in themselves and attempt to control them rather than completely ignore them and use religion as an excuse.

Of course there is. Humans are pleasure seeking individuals and we all like to eat a burger or spend an entire day being lazy, but the difference is, that isn't what we do every day.

Having a burger once or twice a month is a huge difference from versus one or twice a day, and napping on a day where you might have time off is different than napping daily.

Although with all of that said, I can't nap, I haven't napped in years and years, so I can say that part of bushie isn't in me.

Yes, that's why so many people cling to the hope they can reach him through advice.

^ And why his excuses and failures are so infuriating.

I definitely have a bit of Bushie. Learning to suppress it is an ongoing struggle that never ceases to be worth it.

I think Bushie can get his act together eventually.

Absolutely. It's what makes his story so compelling.

I did have Ben and Jerry's for dinner tonight, but I will admit I am in a dark places right now, so it's justified. I haven't gained any weight though.

Bushie is essentially the personification of all my worst traits, taken to extremes in an over-the-top caricature. It's why I've tried to give him advice in the past and why I got so frustrated when he ignored it.

There's certainly enough Bushie for all of us to be his horcruxes. I kid, but when you think about it...
