How is Chester Arthur still in this?!

Is it because of his GLORIOUS MUTTONCHOPS?

Assuming it's based on who I like best, and not who was the best president,
1. Teddy Roosevelt
2. Lincoln
3. Washington
4. Arthur
5. LBJ

Arthur also kept the Garfield tradition of having a cartoon/animation show with their last names. Tongue

I went with Arthur, the Roosevelt's, JFK and Carter (with Abe and LBJ close behind). I'm pretty shocked Clinton and Obama didn't make the top 10.

My top five are still here. Why all the Arthur love? Good president and best of the Gilded Age, but damn.
