1. If a candidate gets exactly 50% of the vote in a determined ballot, does he win?

2. If no candidate reaches 50% of the vote and all the rest of the votes are exhausted, what happens?

3. If the final ballot ends with a tie, what happens?

1. The candidate with the highest total on the current or previous count wins.

2. Exhausted votes don't actually count toward the margin of victory. Its disturbing that people continue to make this mistake after all this time. Wiki needs fixed.

So... if a race ends in the first ballot and there's a tie, what happens?

Unless one candidate concedes, a runoff is held.
