Yes, but a while ago, it seemed like nearly every vote was 5-5! I guess they just did it to give Matt a reason to come back.

The number of tie breakers is abnormally high. They aren't a problem with shorter vote times and make things interesting, not tmention make VP into a position of incredible importance.
