I'm pretty sure I started clapping and laughing, as I wanted McCain to pick a woman (I for some reason thought Kathleen Sebelius was a Republican and had her as my top choice, but Palin was cool too, despite the fact that I never heard of her and kept calling her "Sarah Plain" for the next two days). I went to school with 90% of my class since pre-school, so they weren't shocked in any manner at my..uh..reaction to the news.
