Software Architect, Alex Kibkalo, a Russian citizen who in Russia and Lebanon, for Microsoft is accused of passing Windows 7 program files, parts of Windows 8, and an "activation software development kit" which is designed to prevent the unauthorized copying of Microsoft programs.
