We need to confirm Talleyrand by Friday so he can open the booth, so we need to fast track the vote as quickly as possible. Not to push the Senate into action or anything, but with Homely being out of town this weekend, this is kind of necessary.

In this case, it's patently clear it's fine. He has a supermajority even without his own vote.
