No problem guys.

I will certainly take you up on your offer, DemPGH. Wink

You've had a great first term, it'll be good to see what you do in your second. Endorsed Smiley

Well, at one point, the plan was to either run for the Senate or for Governor depending on the situation at the time. Given what's going on now though with the Labor Party, I am increasingly being pulled in a different direction.

If the Labor Party does not want DemPGH as its nominee, I urge party members to consider my candidacy. I would hate to see Labor saddled with an unelectable candidate or a Federalist candidate (sorry Duke, you are our competition). That would be the only reason I would put myself forward. This hasn't been part of my own plans, which were mentioned above. I haven't even got a running mate at this point because I have not thought it would come to this sort of thing.

At some point I had thought to run for President again (after real life ended my original term, in which I took over for a resigning President before I could do much). But this had not been the point. However, I don't want to see Labor flushed. So if not DemPGH, who I would urge your consideration of. Please consider me an alternative to suicide.

Just to update, Griffin has kindly agreed to form a ticket with me. He was gracious enough to accept my offer and I felt he deserved another chance after Bacon King's withdrawal. So, Griffin and I will be forming a ticket to give Labor a chance to form an electable ticket. Though I still encourage voting for DemPGH, as I say, if he's not what you want, consider selecting a real Labor ticket.

I'd like to thank Dr. Cynic for selecting me as his VP pick. I had honestly expected to remain sitting on the side-lines for this election, but we can all rest once we're dead. Tongue Since this ticket is comprised of a former President and former Vice-President, I think it is an excellent balance of experience for the potential task ahead. Both of us want to see a vibrant Labor Party with a wide array of choices available in this primary, in order to ensure that the best candidate for the job moves forward in this election.
