Nope. There are literally none in Minneapolis or St. Paul. Even the middle ring suburbs don't seem to have any here, I don't think there's any in Ramsey County and if there's any in Hennepin County they'd have to be past Plymouth and Maple Grove or near Lake Minnetonka.

Pretty much universal in outstate Minnesota and surrounding states along with the obligatory signs about how if you do a drive off if it's a crime and the penalties and how you'll get your license suspended, but I tend to forget it's even an option, and more than once I've tried to cash pre-pay inside at a gas station that didn't support it (often to a confused clerk who wasn't even aware this was standard in some places.)

From what my friends who worked at gas stations in Mankato told me, drive offs there were quite common (or at least became common after gas prices spiked). A couple gas stations switched to prepay/credit card only before I graduated there, but the majority didn't. I also understand catching such cars is one of the things where front license plates are far more useful than back ones, meaning if you are a front license plate hater it'd make sense to not require them but just have all gas stations switch to a prepay only system (which I'd be fine with.) Also this avoids the sticky issue of the fact that identifying the car doesn't necessarily identify the driver (the reason why red light cams have gone out of style in most places and per current Minnesota court rulings are not in themselves enough evidence to issue traffic tickets, even though they remain on cameras and sometimes flash, probably just as a deterrent.)

We have some stations (primarily JET), where you put in either your credit/debit/customer card, type in the amount you want to fill up, pay and then you can pump.

Looks like this:

You can either pay with cards at the pump, or go inside and pay.

Also, virtually all gas stations here have HD surveillance cameras outside - which can easily identify the license plate numbers of cars who drive off.

So, drive-offs are not really common here.

I don't understand the question. Is the OP asking if there are gas stations where you don't have to pay for the gas until after you've filled the car up?

I wouldn't go to a gas station that wouldn't let you pay at the pump.  In fact, I'm not aware of any even existing, all though there probably are some in the rough parts of Jackson.

Correct.

Not in my neck of the woods. When I got my license and my first car in 2004, that was around the time we entered our current era of structurally higher gasoline prices and drive-offs were becoming a significant issue. I didn't have a credit card and I remember paying in cash after I had gotten the gas several times, but you started seeing more and more "Prepayment Required" signs taped to pumps and after about a year or so the pumps had been programmed not to work unless you'd already paid inside or slid your credit card.

Yes, indeed one of the stations closest to me.
