....with more right-wingers than left-wingers?

On another forum I go on more people voted Coalition in who they back for the upcoming election than Labor/Greens. But this seems pretty rare compared to the rest of the internet.

The mods at RedRacingHorses are pretty strict.

I let someone from this forum (who was already banned at RRH) use my RRH account; he said some pretty begnign things (by Atlas standards) and got banned under my account too. It kinda pisses me off and I regret it.

The Internet was more conservative back in the early days (when the "forums" were Usenet), when usage was skewed more heavily towards the rich.

Not really.  Back in the USENET days the skew was towards the old rather than the rich, with a higher proportion of professors and government types than these days.  Now the private BBSes probably did skew rich and conservative since the people using those were paying for the access themselves, but I never was involved in those since I was cheap-ass college student back then.

I am banned for life (I think) from http://asoiaf.westeros.org/

Not a political forum...it's for the A Song of Ice and Fire book series.
