While my vote won't count, I would have voted Aye.

Actually, as long as the vote is occuring, you can vote Aye upon swearing in if you are a new SEnator. However, there is a maximum of 10 votes that can be had and thus your vote would necessarily have to replace your predecessor's and thus I would have to know who actually Tmth succeeded.

AYE

This bill has enough votes to pass, Senators have 24 hours to change their votes. Since I can make out six clear ayes in any scenario of the above succession crap. Tongue

If I read that complex structure correctly, then the following is how the seats flow:

Napoleon
Maxy/Tmth
Gass3268
Hagrid/Maxy
Xahar

Well, at the very least, two of them are correct. Tongue

Vote on Final Passage of the DDT Ban Act:

Aye (Cool: Gass3268, MaxQue/Tmth, Maxwell, Napoleon, NC Yankee, sbane, TJ in Cleve and TNF
Nay (0):
Abstain (0): HagridoftheDeep (successor changed vote to Aye)

Didn't Vote (2): Bore, Polnut/Xahar

With eight votes in the affirmative and none in the negative, with time having expired, the bill has passed the Senate and is presented to the President for executive action.
