All of these counties have voted R for the last 4 elections, however in 2012 they were under 50%. Which one is the likeliest pickup for the Democrats?

Although it houses some conservative Baltimore suburbs and Annapolis (which isn't too liberal), the DC/Baltimore megalopolis continues to intertwine more tightly in the counties in between.

I see AA County as a D county from here on out.
