Same deal as before, only this time I think it is about time to lose that 100% Pro-Administration voting record. Evil

I ask unanimous consent to suspend the rules and proceed immediately to a final vote, Senators have 24 hours to object.

I object to unanimous consent. We shouldn't be giving exemptions to the regions.

I motion to table this bill.

I motion to table this bill.

That will make it take longer to reach the same result.

Ah, I get it. I retract my motion and my objection. Let's vote to kill this thing.

Longer and a higher threshold as well. Like I said, payday lender of the Senate.

With no objections, I open a final vote on the underlying bill, Senators please vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.

AYE'm REGIONALIST YANKEE, CAN YOU HERE ME? CAN YOU HERE? ME CAN YOU HERE ME? CAN YOU HERE ME? (sorry, the music compelled me to do this)

I actually don't really like the implication of clause three becuase this has nothing to do with nullification. It is actually us expressly delegating them this ability, the exact opposite of nullification.

Hagrid and TNF have yet to vote.

I am going to take advantage of the vacancy to speed this along.

This has enough votes to fail, Senators have 24 hours to change their votes.
