Keystone Phil seems to think it is, but I have yet to see any evidence whatsoever proving this. It was represented by a Democrat and still is from an open race who won in a landslide, and it was won by both Gore and Kerry easily. Rendell obviously must've won it easily as well. I don't see any way in which this district is Republican leaning unless every Democratic victory so far has been a fluke, which seems unlikely...

Not another PA-13 thread.  That should grounds enough for an banning, imo.

I could tolerate the endless Opebo v. the Devil Incarnate threads...

I could tolerate the look at the splendor of my socialist paradise threads...

I could tolerate the would you do this communist guerilla threads...

I could even tolerate the "See, the Maoists are nice people!" threads.

But I cannot tolerate the unprovoked creation of a PA-13 thread.

For the people from Pennsylvania, it's understandable.  They live there.  Slowly, surely, we can help them get over their addiction and help them reintegrate into real life.

But from a Minnesotan...it's nothing but malicious insanity.

And, now, for the only correct response to such barbarity:

PA-13 is a solidly Libertarian district.  End of story.

This is trolling? This deserves banning? Don't like it? Don't read it. You went out of your way to look at it so shut up.

PA 13 almost elected Brown in 2002. Rendell won easily here yet Brown came within four points of beating an incumbent Democrat. Nationally, PA 13 obviously leans Dem but for some local races, that is a different story. I won't waste my time arguing with you, BRTD. You're an idiot. Plain and simple. You don't know about the district so stop acting like the genius you think you are.

I had a feeling Sam and Erc might have been but BRTD is still an idiot. It needed a response.

Still an incumbent who had a 20-30 point lead in polls about a month before the election.
