Throwing all possibility out the door, let's assume, for the sake of argument, that the 2004 election occurs in November of 2001. Bush's approval rating is in the 80-90% range at this time. Who do the Democrats nominate, and how badly does Bush slaughter the Dem nominee in the general election? Discuss with maps.
