I think it adds a lot more personality to the elections then the gold and red.

You know, the whole reason we chose this color, which is technically red-orange, for the Federalist Party in the first place was because it stood out from the other parties. I'm not sure I like the idea of changing it to a darker variation of the Liberal Party's color. And how would that work on maps with shading?

It's 90% R for the Federalists and 30% R for the liberals. If we had orange for the map, I'd love to use that for us. But I just think that Federalists vs Labor, looks really ugly with the gold vs red.
