First off, I want to apologize to Senator Supersoulty for some very crass and derisive remarks I made towards him last night, both in the Elections forum and the Government forum. I know that we've talked about it privately, but I feel that since my remarks were public, my apology should be public as well to him. However, I am glad to see that we both know our Bible enough to start quoting Scripture during each of our speeches in the future.
Second, I would like to apologize to both Akno21 and IrishDem for the comments that I made towards them last night. Even though what they both did was/and still is wrong, I feel like some of the things I said last night might have ascerbated the situation to an certain extent.
Third, I would like to apologize as a whole to the forum for being very crass and impolite in general. Perhaps I reacted a little too strongly to finding out about these tapes, because before I heard them I did believe that Akno21 did not have any involvement or knowledge of the situation. But that still does not excuse some of the things I said in the Scandal thread or towards Supersoulty whatsoever.
That is all.
I hope we can all move on forward from this GirlGoneWild situation now and at least forget about it until the next time someone tries to do something similar, which hopefully won't be a for a long time hence.
