1.     Palo Alto, CA (housing, pop. 58,598): 26.3%
2.     Bethesda, MD (housing, pop. 55,277): 24.6%
3.     Brookline, MA (housing, pop. 57,107): 23.5%
4.     Cambridge, MA (housing, pop. 101,355): 21.3%
5.     Cupertino, CA (housing, pop. 50,546): 20.8%
6.     Newton, MA (housing, pop. 83,829): 19.2%
7.     Ann Arbor, MI (housing, pop. 114,024): 18.7%
8.     Berkeley, CA (housing, pop. 102,743): 18.1%
9.     Evanston, IL (housing, pop. 74,239): 17.4%
