The law:

So the law says you face disciplinary action from the district if the pictures were for cheating, but not if it was just a "BREACH OF ASSESSMENT SECURITY" so I think you're good there, just explain you took the picture because of your stupid drawing you wanted to your show friends and you definitely weren't intending to cheat.

The best part is that they have to notify the PA Secretary of Education about this.

Rule Number One of Asking for Advice on the Atlas Forum

1. Don't ask for advice on the Atlas Forum. I learnt this the hard way.

But since you have, let me dispense some. Let me preface this by saying that taking pictures of silly exam answers is a rather inane thing to do. Rather childish, perhaps that's why the kids are sending so many texts these days. I send a lot of texts too, but... that's not the point anyway. My advice is just to be honest- frame it as I put it, as a rather silly joke that wasn't well thought out, that you in no way intended to disseminate either the questions or the answers. Trying to conceal or be otherwise duplicitous about what you did will only magnify your problems. Honesty is, as it usually is, the best policy.
This the proper advice. Maybe if RP wasn't as dumb as rocks we would have better advice.

I'd offer advice, but the bar may frown upon that when I actually try to become a real lawyer. Wink
