Forgive me if there's already been a topic on this; the search feature is still disabled.

Dave has the results here as

Romney: 421
Johnson: 98
Obama: 25

This obviously screams clerical error to me (either on Dave's part or the SOS's part or the county's part), especially when you consider that flipping Johnson and Obama matches up almost perfectly with the '08 results of the county (McCain 379, Obama 146, Paul 25).

However, Richard Winger over at Ballot Access News says he's confirmed these numbers with the county election administrator: http://www.ballot-access.org/2012/11/07/gary-johnson-outpolls-president-obama-in-wibaux-county-montana/

I cannot find a website for Wibaux County to verify/call them myself.

Maybe Johnson rescued a cat from a burning building while campaigning there.

Musta been a Democratic cat in that case.

What kind of voting tech do they use there?

Johnson and Obama were probably switched.

Aw, they've corrected it. It is customary to let at least one bizarre error slip through every election. Angry

(My favorite is Lake County TN, 2004. Every vote in every race counted twice. Thank God there were no close races involved.)
