It's true the frequentist guy's logic is more valid than J. J.'s (J. J. is probably the only person who can look at the numbers that show a Republican bias from a pollster and then argue with a straight face that he was still right all along about them having a 3 point Dem bias), but it also reminds me of that coin flip thing with jfern (probably too old for most of the folks here.) But I suppose in general J. J. doesn't act like a robot in regards to statistics, he just ignores them altogether.

Oh my god, jfern and the coin flip thing. That stuff is pure Atlas gold, and it almost perfectly coincides with my registration to the forum! (main thread started April 23rd, 2005, I registered April 26th, 2005)

It's certainly sobering to realise JJ is a better poster now than he was then.
