Also, for the purpose this question, assume that their support is determined on Jan. 1, 2016, when most of the candidates are still in the race.  By the time of the Ohio primary, or whatever state they're voting in, many of the candidates will have dropped out.  Make whatever (reasonably realistic) assumptions you like about who runs.
