Ohio really shouldn't be an absolute tie; the Obama +5 CBS/Q poll was taken the same day as the PPP and Angus Reid polls and should be included in the average. Not sure why it's not.

Nah, white requires an exact tie, but the average of the top three polls in the Ohio poll list is O+¹/₃.
