Yes, but only by around 5% or so, any lower doesn't take into account 'unforeseen circumstances'.

Without a doubt, some Republican  betters have took the Jesse Jackson adage, keep hope alive to heart.

All the major online betting markets have Obama around -230 which equals to around a 70% probability.

The Intraders probably believe  Romney has one more good run in the polls, and will probably dump their stock if and when that happens.

I suppose 5% is more accurate; I posted this before I saw that there had been a "correction" in the Intrade odds.
